How to Update the Password on Your Mobile App

This app is a mobile portal to access data from Black Knight Data & Analytics. Black Knight is enforcing a password change on their service every 90 days.This affects your mobile app because it needs to use the same account information, so the stored password on your mobile app will also need to be updated.

If you are receiving a message on the app that your login is invalid, the most likely issue is that your stored login information is out of date.

APPLE USERS: How to update your login

  1. Open the Settings screen of the app and scroll to the bottom of the screen
  2. Select Log Out
  3. Log back in using the same username and password you use on the website (CA & OR:  www.fidelitypassport.com TX: www.titlepro247.com)

ANDROID USERS: How to update your login

  1. Open the Settings screen of the app
  2. Completely clear, and carefully re-enter your username and password, using the same information you use on the website (CA & OR:  www.fidelitypassport.com TX: www.titlepro247.com)
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Save. Important! If you do not hit save, your updated information will not be applied.

Note New users must also login to their data account from a desktop computer or browser app on your mobile device. You MUST sign-in to accept agreements and complete your account setup before you can use your login on Fidelity TitleForce.  Your data account may be either: www.fidelitypassport.com (California) or www.titlepro247.com (Texas).

APPLE USERS: How to update your login

  1. First, verify your login information.
    CA & OR: Visit www.fidelitypassport.com and log in (via a mobile browser app, or desktop computer).
    TX: Visit www.titlepro247.com and log in (via a mobile browser app, or desktop computer).
  2. Next, on your mobile device open the app
  3. Open the Settings screen of the app and scroll to the bottom of the screen

  5. Log back in using the same information from step 1 above, being careful to include special characters, capital letters, etc.
    (Also make sure there are no extra spaces. A common issue is spaces incorrectly entered at the end of login information).
